Director, Capital Markets
Jonathan joined Slate in 2022 and serves as Director of Capital Markets at Slate Property Group. In this capacity, he leads the firm’s Capital Markets and Business Development. Prior to joining Slate, Jonathan was Director of Capital Formation and Business Development at Rialto Capital Management, where focused on capital raising for the firm’s flagship fund series, separate accounts, and new strategies. Prior to joining Rialto, he was a consultant with Redcar Properties, where he helped the firm on fund formation. He was also an Associate Director on the real estate private equity team at LGT Capital Partners (USA) where he was responsible for investing capital globally across real estate strategies and began his career as a Senior Investment Analyst with a boutique real estate private equity firm. Jonathan received a Bachelor of Science in Management from Northeastern University.
