Our in-house development team represents the ownership group in all value-add and ground-up construction projects. GROUND-UP CONSTRUCTION

SD Builders & Construction, an affiliate of Slate, is a general contractor and construction manager that services our extensive project pipeline. With experience spanning across affordable and market rate projects, our team delivers across the full spectrum of multifamily living.

Accounting

Slate employs a dedicated accounting team that oversees property accounts for our extensive portfolio, assists in developing property budgets, ensures compliance with financial regulations, manages internal controls for transactions, and coordinates tax preparations.

Leasing

Our in-house residential brokerage subsidiary, either directly or in partnership with other real estate brokerages, manages the initial and ongoing residential leasing of our portfolio. In addition, we employ a dedicated leasing administration team that supports our residents throughout their entire living experience at our properties.

Property Management

Our wholly-owned property management division is directly responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of our portfolio. Our in-house team employs industry best practices to ensure a best-in-class experience for our residents.

Investor Relations

Our investor relations team manages communications and relationships with investors and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, providing access to key information, and promoting transparency across all investments.
