Golan Hod

Managing Director, Development

Golan joined Slate in 2022 and serves as Managing Director of Development. In his role, Golan manages Slate’s existing ground-up and value-add development projects across the firm’s market rate and affordable housing initiatives. Prior to joining Slate, Golan served as Head of Development & Construction at Brack Capital Real Estate where he managed the design, construction, and improvements of projects. Golan began his career at career at Adam America, starting as an architect then moving into construction management before finally settling into a role in development. At Adam America, he managed the development and construction of more than 1 million SF in New York City in Tribeca, Brooklyn and along the Highline. Golan holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic University and a master’s degree in construction from New York University. He is a licensed Architect in the state of New York.
